Great news guys, Summer is just around the corner! So, with that in mind what are you planning to be wearing when the warmer months are here? Don't fret, I'm here to help guide you along the way, and want to share a few summer essentials with you from White Stuff.
Some Cool Coloured Shorts
First up you'll need shorts! if you can't get your legs out during the summer when can you? Chino shorts are big news and are available in some great colours, so grab yourself a pair (or two)These are the 'Warren' chino shorts. finishing just above the knee. They are versatile and can be dressed up with a shirt and a blazer. Alternatively throw on a T-shirt for a more relaxed look.
Don't be afraid to play with the length either by rolling up the legs one or two turns. This can help change the look of the shorts dramatically, particularly if you're packing light but need switch things around.

A Stylish Summer Shirt
To go with those shorts you'll need a solid summer shirt. Think Barbeques and beach bars, bangers and Harvey Wallbangers! Go short sleeved, and go floral or patterned.
Wear it with shorts, untucked with a couple of buttons undone at the neck for full on casual, or tuck it into a pair of great jeans or chinos, add a belt and a blazer and you're ready for that summer party.
My two faves are the 'Hoy' floral print shirt and the 'Pagoda' chambray shirt. Having one in brown tones and another in blues or grey's will cover most colour combinations.

Some Fun Swim shorts
Whether it's a paddle on the British coast or that two weeks abroad in the searing sun, you'll need some swim shorts. Keep these fun. Go for a funky print and keep it stylish.
These shark and surfboard print shorts have a drawstring to avoid that awkward moment when you dive in the pool and leave your shorts bobbing on the surface. Nobody wants to see your white bits!

Some Summer Shoes
I'd suggest two styles here; flip flops for the beach and for around the pool, and something lightweight that will keep you covered when out sight seeing.
Here we have the woven 'Eva' flip flops and the hessian slip on trainer.

A Good T Shirt
A wardrobe classic but don't make the mistake of pulling out the same one that you've worn for the last eight years. Get something cotton rich and with a print to keep it fresh and summery.I'd go for the 'Surfers' T Shirt. in a sky blue cotton slub it's just the ticket. Wear it with your chino shorts and flip flops or with jeans on cooler days with your hessian trainers under a lightweight jacket.

Something for a chilly evening
The sun has dipped, the air has taken on a slight chill but the beer is still flowing and that summer party is still in full swing. Be prepared and take a light jumper.
The 'Cashier' sweater in summery blue will do the trick, whether draped casually over your shoulders or popped on over that summer shirt. Maybe there's a lady there that you could chivalrously offered it to.
